Our members aim to promote the advancement of music in the community, nation, and world through promotion of musicianship, scholarship, therapy, and education, with an emphasis on service through music. About
Mu Phi Epsilon is a professional music fraternity open to all music majors and minors who fit out requirements for membership. Our chapter works to bring music to all while developing a strong bond among its members. Through participation in Mu Phi Epsilon our members have opportunities to seek out performance and professional development opportunities and become eligible for Mu Phi Epsilon specific scholarships.

Chapter Bonding
Epsilon Lambda's members are active volunteers at EMU and the surrounding community. Epsilon Lambda's projects have included getting new stands for the practice rooms at EMU, hosting an instrument petting zoo for local groups, and more!Â

Our members coordinate and perform at several events during the year. Including fun, silly, and stress relieving recitals such as Boo Phi and Seriously Ridiculous to bring joy to the community as well as more serious performances. Our members have also performed for local community groups and hospitals- including Mott Children's Hospital in Ann Arbor Michigan.
Based around music, friendship, and harmony our chapter looks to build life long connections for its members. Throughout the year we host events like Bingo, Guess that Song, Letter Making Parties, and so much more allows our members to get to know each other personally creating lifelong bonds.
